I am always suspicious of people who appear to be perfect.
Push the right buttons & I'm sure you'll see what vicious, vain creatures they are - just beneath the surface.

As for myself; to be healthy, essentially-contented & to conduct myself with respect is enough (most of the time).

But so many people just don't feel grateful at all.

& without the right education, it's easy to see why..
Our whole consumer-culture bombards us with ideas that convince us that we do not have enough - of whatever it is - possessions, popularity, good-looks, love, success.... the list is endless if you examine it.

Add to that the fact that life is a painful, disatisfied state in the first place & it's easy to see why there's so much insanity.

~

Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others.

Some wise words Twit.

Health, gratitude, respect, and to be content. What more should one need?
